I've built and enhanced Pega applications at Empower Global Business Services, supporting Transformation and live-plan migration for retirement-plan recordkeeping.
I develop complete modules, enhancements, and defect fixes across Pega PRPC 7.x, 8.x, and 23. My work includes case management, flows, data pages, decision rules, BIX extracts, job processors, Connect SQL, database mappings, and skill-based routing.
Previously at Genpact HeadStrong, I supported Morgan Stanley's Trader Mandate Life Cycle application, helping manage trade-execution exceptions and resolution workflows. I also delivered warranty-application enhancements for AIG, handling development through deployment, production support, root-cause analysis, release notes, and testing.
I'm a Pega Certified System Architect and Certified Senior System Architect who works closely with business analysts, QA teams, and end users to turn requirements into optimized solutions. My ownership has been recognized with Star Performer awards and Developer of the Month awards.
