I have led development through full lifecycles — design, development, testing and production — at clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, Unum and OpenGI, focusing on performance, adherence to Pega guardrails and maintainable documentation. I routinely write SQL for external DB communication, implement decision automation using When rules, decision tables and declarative expressions, and own defect triage and resolution.
