I’m a PEGA Developer with 3 years of experience in development and maintenance of PEGA 8.x applications using PEGA PRPC. I focus on delivering business-ready solutions through flows, flow actions, validations, and UI sections that match real requirements.

In my current role at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I’ve built Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and Decision Tables to support business processing. I also implemented REST integrations with AGORA/COUPA systems to generate requisition tokens and fetch purchase order details, strengthening end-to-end automation.

I work deeply across background processing and orchestration using Queue Processors and Job Schedulers, and I use declarative rules for automatic calculations and validations. I’ve improved user input handling by converting text fields to autocomplete using API-fetched data, and I configure access securely with Access Control Policies, RBAC, and ABAC for region-based restrictions.

For troubleshooting and delivery, I rely on Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, and Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), and I follow PEGA guardrails and best practices while optimizing reports and reusing rules. I’ve also created DSS rules for dynamic configuration changes without code deployment, managed SLA configurations for assignment tracking and notifications, supported deployments across environments, and earned multiple client appreciations including an “On the Spot” award. I’m PEGA CSSA and CSA certified and actively explore Pega GenAI Blueprint and Autopilot to enhance rapid case creation and automation.
