I’m a results-driven Pega Developer with 3+ years of professional experience delivering enterprise solutions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, including 1+ year of hands-on Pega project delivery in the health insurance domain. I’m Certified Pega System Architect (v8.7), with expertise in PRPC v8.x, BPM process modelling, UI development, and cloud migration.

In my recent role, I led migration of 6 out of 18 Pega applications from Pega Cloud to Microsoft Azure. I modified environment-dependent rules (including File Listener paths, API URLs, Stream Nodes, Pega Logs, and Database configurations), made targeted rule changes to improve performance and ensure Azure compatibility, and resolved QA-reported defects to keep applications stable post-migration. I also analysed Pega APM logs to troubleshoot issues across environments and worked actively in Agile/Scrum using Jira and Confluence.

Alongside enterprise delivery, I’ve developed Pega applications such as a gym membership workflow with customer registration and manager approve/reject logic. I started as a Programmer Analyst Trainee, building a foundation in HTML, PL/SQL, Core Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web services, and I’m now seeking new opportunities to enhance more knowledge, skills, and techniques.
