As a Pega Consultant at Confidential, I work on Customer Service for Insurance using Pega 8.x, Pega Infinity 23/24, and Constellation. My work includes case management and DX APIs.
I also work with data pages, data transforms, decision tables, and flows to support application delivery.
In this role, I use SOAP integrations and file listeners, and support deployments through CI/CD and Deployment Manager.
