I am a dynamic Trainer and former Software Test Engineer with over six years of combined experience in software testing, quality assurance, and training delivery. I blend hands-on QA practice with structured training methods to design onboarding, soft skills, and process-driven learning that accelerates new hire readiness.

In my QA roles I executed functional, regression, and exploratory testing, managed the bug lifecycle, and produced test cases and documentation to improve processes. At Infosys I collaborated with developers and QA leads and contributed to training new team members on QA practices and tools.

As an IELTS Trainer and freelance learning facilitator, I delivered communication, presentation, and time-management modules, mentored learners for confidence and articulation, and used LMS-like tools to manage courses—strengths I bring to corporate training and knowledge-transfer programs.
