I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can drive workflow efficiency, SLA compliance, quality, and training—using analytics and continuous improvement to reduce rework and denials while building high-performing teams.

I’m a Dynamic Assistant Manager at OPTUM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, focused on improving workflow efficiency and boosting team performance. I lead cross-functional work to address outstanding, denied, and appealed cases while managing performance metrics for timeliness and quality.

I strengthen operations through strategic planning and analytical decision-making, enforcing productivity standards and coaching employees to minimize rework. I also own Audit & Compliance requirements, conduct SLA reviews, track quality metrics, and deliver training plans to build consistent performance across the organization.

Earlier, as Team Lead at Pacific (An Access Health Care Company), I led teams to achieve service level agreements and targets. I shared daily and monthly performance updates, led team huddles to identify gaps impacting SLAs, communicated billing updates to minimize denials, and supported cash flow by analyzing denial patterns with stakeholders.

Before that, I worked as SME & Team Lead at ELi Research India Pvt Ltd and as a Claim Management Executive at MD Everywhere India Pvt Ltd. In these roles, I managed AR and billing teams, worked with EDI and Clearing House support teams, identified root causes of denials, followed up with insurance for timely resolution, and maintained process documents for smooth transitions—while staying strongly oriented toward problem resolution, teamwork, and efficient service delivery.
