I’m looking to lead revenue cycle and denial management teams, optimize AR outcomes, reduce denials and revenue leakage, and deliver measurable SLA results—while collaborating with providers and training staff to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

I’m a dedicated and results-oriented Team Lead with extensive experience in medical billing and accounts receivable within the healthcare industry. I lead teams to optimize revenue cycles, reduce denials, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and quality patient care.

Across roles including Revenue Cycle Specialist and Operations Associate, I’ve owned denial management, claim’s processing, appeals, rejections, and medical billing edits. I worked on projects such as MSI and NYU (Epic), Maury Medical Center, Baptist Health, Adventists Health, and multiple facilities including Corona Lab and Weiss & West Hospital—handling aging reports, DNFB/Revenue reporting, audits, and SLA performance to drive revenue with aging days.
