I audited claim samples, shared feedback with team members, and addressed client escalations related to claims processed by the team. I also presented weekly review decks with clients and shared observations for process improvement.

Previously, as an Account Receivable Analyst at Pacific BPO Pvt. Ltd., I worked on denials, appeals, and claim follow-ups with payers. At Cyquator Media Services Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a Team Leader and Customer Care Executive, supporting call audits, team training, and client escalations.
