At Alagoas State Department of Corporate Governance, I co-conceived and built Governança+, a data platform that centralized information previously shared via WhatsApp and email. It reached 50+ solutions in production and about 250 users in under 10 months.
At the Office of the Comptroller General of the State of Alagoas (CGE-AL), I built a Python app for batch extraction of SEI case files and AI-assisted PDF summaries, cutting review time. I also automated daily ETL jobs and spreadsheet reports.
At Alagoas State Department of Planning, Management and Property (SEPLAG-AL), I forecast ICMS and IPVA tax revenue using time-series models; the ICMS forecast had a 6.25% MAPE. As an intern in the Public Budget Office, I structured logging for 1,000+ supplementary budget requests, feeding a Power BI dashboard refreshed eight times a day.
My economics work includes a thesis estimating the employment effects of Brazil’s payroll tax relief policy using causal inference methods and PySpark ETL of 114.8 million RAIS records. I’ve also co-authored three published data science papers, taught econometrics and data tools, and worked on labor-market and event-impact analyses.
