I’m a Computer Engineering graduate with strong foundational knowledge in computer systems, basic programming, and digital tools. I’m highly computer literate and able to quickly adapt to different platforms, software, and online systems, so I can move confidently through remote and virtual assistant workflows.

I’ve gained hands-on experience through an IT Intern role where I worked in customer support—handling inquiries, assisting users, and providing basic technical assistance and issue resolution. I’m motivated to work in a Virtual Assistant or remote support environment, helping with administrative tasks, basic technical support, data handling, and other online business operations while continuously learning and improving through strong communication, problem solving, and adaptability.
