What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead retail teams through meaningful change, stronger customer experiences, and sustained business performance. I value inclusive leadership, clear communication, team development, recognition, and opportunities to build cohesive, high-performing store organizations.

I lead teams at Apple Via Roma, where I guide customer journeys, recognition, communication, and store-wide change. In Q1 2026, we achieved the store’s best-ever result and helped pave the way toward €50M in FY2026.

I’ve built stronger connections across Shopping, Support, and Leadership through Daily Huddles and Weekly Staff Meetings. I also led the store’s adoption of the C&P pilot, reaching a record where more than one in four interactions started with Connect and Personalize.

Before Via Roma, I managed Apple Le Gru for over seven years across Operations, Shopping, Support, and Forum, contributing to the 2016 launch of T@A. Earlier, I led direct and franchise retail at Breil and worked in marketing at Breil and Giochi Preziosi.
