I am a detail-oriented project coordinator with over a decade of combined experience across military operations, IT technical support, and administrative coordination. I excel at managing technical and logistical workflows while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures in secure environments.

In IT support roles, I resolved complex infrastructure issues using ITSM workflows and escalation protocols, created and maintained technical documentation, and implemented process improvements that reduced turnaround times. My work routinely involved facilitating cross-department communication between engineers, compliance teams, and end users.

During my military service I led training programs for 120+ personnel, coordinated high-visibility events and executive engagements, and managed operations center setup and continuity planning. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (security specialization) and I am pursuing an MBA in Project Management. I am a PMI member and bring strong skills in stakeholder engagement, scheduling and resource planning, and ITSM-based service delivery.
