What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my 11+ years of leadership, recruiting, and customer-focused business development—plus tutoring/technical writing and structured processes—to support learners and clients and drive measurable results.

I’ve built a career at the intersection of education, business development, and leadership—using my “11+ years tenure in business management and development, recruiting, leadership, technical writing, lab procedure, lab coordination/management, management, quality assurance and customer service.” I bring a structured, outcomes-driven approach to training, documentation, and continuous improvement, whether I’m mentoring a team or supporting individual learners.

For years, I’ve owned and delivered private and online algebra instruction, starting with “assessing skills, difficulties and course performance” and then guiding students with proper study habits and supplemental exercises. I’ve also created and led training initiatives—such as managing and mentoring Tier 1 leaders and “Created an Advanced Leadership Project”—and applied a problem-solving mindset across roles from technical writing and IT troubleshooting documentation to B2B sales, energy brokering, and telecommunications solutions.
