Provide tutoring from basic math through college level calculus II and advise individuals on tactics to excel in standardized tests. Communicate with students, parents, and teachers to best help each individual student.

Create and maintain users for internal processes, identify and resolve systems related issues, and partner with business stakeholders to provide appropriate solutions. Develop and work with external vendors for internal business systems and build relationships across the organization.

Analyze credit reports, debt-to-income ratios, and payment histories to determine default risk. Approve or deny auto loan and lease applications, and work with automotive dealerships to communicate credit decisions and negotiate terms.

Develop and maintain databases, support client requirements, evaluate and process data feeds, and generate production deliverables. Identify and resolve data quality issues and participate in internal and external meetings.

Tutored college students in math courses from Pre-Algebra through Differential Equations. Utilized communication and teaching skills to help students build on their mathematical skills and communicated with faculty to help students understand class expectations.

Taught students of all ages and course levels from basic math through college Calculus II and implemented Algebra I, Geometry, ACT and SAT programs. Oversaw all math students and their curriculum, communicated with instructors, and instructed staff on proper teaching techniques.
