I’m looking for a stable, customer-focused role where I can combine strong communication and technical understanding with a continuous improvement mindset, while applying Salesforce/CRM skills as I work toward Salesforce Administration certifications.

I’m a customer-focused, adaptable professional with experience across customer service, sales coordination, technical support, and international business environments, based in Osaka, Japan. I’ve consistently handled high-value transactions, supported both B2C and B2B clients, and resolved service and technical issues efficiently under pressure.

Since 2023, I’ve run a social media marketing company and an international media sales operation—managing client relationships, campaign coordination, finances, and content delivery across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. I’ve helped grow an audience to 150K followers with 170M views, and in media sales I generated close to $500K in net profit while improving operational efficiency and customer engagement.

I’m also actively upskilling in Salesforce, pursuing Salesforce Administration certifications to strengthen my technical and business systems knowledge.
