My experience in the store sales department of a game center honed my skills in customer relations, event planning, and team training. I successfully contributed to a significant increase in sales through innovative promotional strategies, including a well-received store renewal event that boosted crane game sales significantly. My efforts earned me recognition, including the Ganbatte de Award for outstanding sales performance.

In August 2019, I transitioned to Flex International, Inc., where I initially focused on airline and hotel reservations. My dedication to customer satisfaction led to my promotion to the Marketing Department in 2023. Here, I have taken on the challenge of enhancing our digital presence by self-learning HTML and CSS, creating engaging web content, and implementing a customer support system via LINE.
