I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Zimbabwe. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in hospitality operations, customer service, and event planning. During my internship at Satguru Travel and Tours, I played a key role in developing marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement. My experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Gallery Art Home further honed my communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to build strong relationships with clients and increase sales.
