I'm looking for an HR operations or compliance role where I can manage accurate documentation, support safe recruitment and onboarding, strengthen regulatory processes, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.

At Olive Jobs and Catalyst Care Group, I manage HR compliance for clinicians and nurses, including Right to Work checks, DBS and security clearances, references, employee records, compliance audits, TUPE documentation, and CQC inspection preparation.

I've also supported legal teams through English–Macedonian document translation and administrative coordination, led recruitment and talent development for a 30-member AIESEC team, and taught English and German across several international education organisations. I bring careful documentation, GDPR awareness, recruitment support, and experience improving compliance processes in fast-paced environments.
