What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote opportunity in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration where I can grow, take ownership, and contribute to a supportive team. I’m open to both long-term positions and project-based/contract roles, especially with international companies and teams where I can make a meaningful impact.

I’ve built my career in HR with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and administration, working with international teams across technology, SaaS, iGaming, Web3, marketing, and customer support.

Recruitment is one of the areas I enjoy most. I like understanding what a company really needs in a candidate, sourcing and engaging the right people, conducting initial screening, and creating a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process. I’ve recruited for both technical and non-technical positions across different markets and have successfully supported 60+ hires in one of my recent roles.

Alongside recruitment, I enjoy improving HR processes, organizing employee information, supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and finding practical ways to make everyday HR work more efficient through technology and automation.

I’m now looking for a opportunity where I can combine my recruitment and HR experience, take on more responsibility, and continue growing within HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
