I’m looking for a fast-paced HR role where I can lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compliance—using practical HR tech to boost efficiency, engagement, and growth across teams.

I’m a Senior HR Professional with 7 years of experience leading strategic HR initiatives across local and international operations. I’m results-oriented and hands-on, with a strong focus on HR compliance, employee relations, and building practical programs that move organizations forward.

In my current role as a Human Resources Associate, I support HR strategy and implementation, talent acquisition and workforce planning, and performance management. I help coordinate learning and development, promote diversity and inclusion, maintain HR documentation and systems, and support employees through grievances, conflicts, and concerns.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I led the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding—using advanced techniques like Boolean search and optimizing candidate pipelines through CRM analytics.
