What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a freelance customer support role where I can handle client requests efficiently, provide friendly communication, and maintain a high level of service.

I'm currently working as a courier for confidential document delivery across logistics companies, ensuring important materials arrive securely and on time.

Through this work, I've developed route-planning, punctuality, and client communication skills, including resolving non-standard logistical challenges. I combine this practical responsibility with volunteer copywriting for the Resurs psychological community, where I write longreads and social media posts for community and university accounts.

I'm studying Clinical Psychology at the Russian State University for the Humanities and contribute to an online project with CCINT University in Brazil. I enjoy making complex topics clear, approachable, and useful for different audiences.
