Vikrant Rana

At Bussan Auto Finance India Pvt. Ltd., I handled customer interactions about loan repayments, EMIs, overdue accounts, settlements, and account closures. I also followed up on payments and resolved customer concerns through inbound and outbound calls and emails.

I processed settlement cases in line with company policies and kept customer profiles, payment records, and follow-up notes updated. I supported collections and operations with administrative tasks and MIS data.

I also coordinated repossessed vehicle records with stock yards and worked with finance and accounts teams to address billing discrepancies. I’m seeking an entry-level Chat Process role where I can contribute to customer satisfaction.
