I’m a results-driven banking and customer operations professional focused on loan processing, collections, and customer support. I handle personal, car, and home loan workflows while keeping documentation accuracy and service quality consistent.

In my recent role as a Banking Associate at Axis Bank (Noida), I support loan sanction and processing end-to-end—from application to sanction stage. I verify customer documents, KYC details, income proofs, and banking records, and I coordinate with internal teams to move approvals forward.

Previously, as a Customer Associate – Collections (Union Bank Process), I managed overdue and delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound calls. I followed up on EMI payments, coordinated recovery and dispute resolution, and updated collection statuses in CRM systems while maintaining banking compliance and customer service standards.

I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities to target-driven environments. I’m comfortable working with MS Office tools and CRM/banking operations systems to ensure compliant execution, accurate record-keeping, and responsive customer query resolution.
