What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, call center, scheduling, or telemarketing role where I can use my bilingual communication skills, handle inbound and outbound calls, and continue learning new systems and processes.

I've supported members at Inovalon/Complex Care Solutions by scheduling in-home nurse practitioner assessments, coordinating doctor appointments, and confirming completed visits with provider offices.

Previously at MTM and AMR Ambulance, I arranged medical transportation, gas reimbursement, meals, lodging, pharmacy pickups, and appointment-related services while verifying Medicaid and vehicle information.

My call center background also includes outbound telemarketing and appointment setting for Unique Builders, Aqua Chill, and Global General Construction. At Unique Builders, I helped secure the company's first sale in Houston, Texas.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with scripts, dialers, headsets, multi-line phones, inbound calls, outbound calls, and adapting quickly to new processes.
