I’m a very Motivated Team Player with a passion for Customer Service and a drive to grow and expand my knowledge. I’ve built my career around phone communications, supporting callers with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

As a Call Center Representative, I assisted callers with inquiries and complaints, handled scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and transferred calls as needed. I’ve consistently met high call volume expectations (100+ calls per-day) while staying focused on accuracy and problem solving.

I also bring Administrative Assistant experience, supporting patients through daily phone operations and appointment management. In that role, I maintained smooth communication, rescheduled appointments efficiently, and kept information organized to reduce confusion for callers.

Before moving deeper into call center work, I worked as a Caregiver, assisting with patient medical needs and daily living support. I developed strong attention to detail through care plans, medication monitoring, companionship, and transportation/escort support—skills that continue to shape how I treat every caller.
