What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Technical Support position where I can use troubleshooting, technical aptitude, and a customer-focused approach to resolve issues, deliver reliable support, and contribute to organizational success.

I've supported data research and 3D map development at ITCUBE Solutions Pvt Ltd, extracting, validating, and accuracy-checking large-scale datasets.

I developed map data for lanes, features, poles, junctions, and highway lines, resolving sanity and quality issues with RT Editor. I also performed image labelling for camera-blindness detection and panoptic segmentation using HL2 Tool.

Earlier, at NVIDIA Graphics Pvt Ltd, I completed structured production tasks, quality checks, and process documentation with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

I'm now seeking a Technical Support role where I can apply my troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, and customer-focused communication to deliver excellent support.
