As Team Leader - Project Management at THB, I delivered 40+ projects for 20+ leading pharma and healthcare clients, driving digital transformation and omnichannel engagement strategies. I manage the full lifecycle of proprietary SaaS products—CRM, marketing automation platforms, BI dashboard setup, and HCP multichannel engagement solutions—so teams can ship on time and continuously improve.

In high-impact HCP engagement work, I managed multichannel programs across Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Telecalling and improved measurable outcomes. For Cipla, I onboarded 26,796+ HCPs with an 85% consent rate, drove ~90% digital activation, and lifted overall program NPS to 46 (peaking at 69 in key specialties). For Novartis, I coordinated omnichannel campaigns across 5,400+ doctors and helped launch a WhatsApp chatbot that enabled 2-way engagement and activated 426+ HCPs in the first month.

I also build the operational backbone behind these campaigns—setting up BI dashboards and automated workflows (ticketing portal, data flows, analytics suite), supporting API integrations and technical configurations (including email DNS and Postmaster tools), and partnering to roll out new product versions like Virtual Medical Rep 3.0. Earlier, as Senior Group Leader at Lumina Datamatics, I led e-commerce projects for Walmart and Macy’s and spearheaded a 35–40 member team while maintaining 98% delivery accuracy.
