I’m an experienced Recruitment Specialist with 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, and I’m currently a Resume Marketing Consultant at Y-Axis Overseas Careers. I focus on end-to-end recruitment execution—sourcing, screening, and shortlisting—while aligning candidate profiles to international hiring standards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
I partner with global clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. I also strategically optimize and position resumes to increase visibility and candidate engagement through targeted job portal activity and consultative profile improvement.
