I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end bench sales and technical recruiting—leveraging my understanding of software, data, and AI roles to grow placements, build long-term vendor/client relationships, and improve conversion through better sourcing and submissions.

I’m a bench sales and technical recruitment professional focused on matching IT consultants to client needs and keeping placements moving from first opportunity to final offer. In my current role, I manage bench sales for a pool of consultants across Java, .NET, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow—working with consultants on their backgrounds, career goals, availability, and work authorization details to represent them effectively to clients and vendors.

I coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles, source opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn and Dice, customize submissions based on job descriptions, and track submission and interview progress to improve conversion. I also bring hands-on technical context from my MERN stack and Google Maps API integration internship work—strengthening how I screen candidates and support technically grounded client conversations.
