In my role as a Business Analyst at Blue Oyster Pvt Ltd, I act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and developers—gathering requirements, documenting them in BRD/SRS, and coordinating delivery. I analyze enterprise system integrations and data flows using data mapping and dependency analysis, and I use SQL for extraction, transformation, and validation to maintain data accuracy across interfaces and reporting.

I also lead analytics and quality activities by building Tableau dashboards for real-time insights, and by supporting UAT through test case creation, scenario preparation, and defect resolution via Jira.
