What I'm looking for

I’m looking for AWS Cloud Support or Cloud Operations roles where I can combine production support discipline (incident/RCA/SLA) with Linux troubleshooting and AWS skills (EC2, VPC, IAM) to resolve customer issues reliably.

I’m a Production Support Engineer with 2+ years supporting enterprise applications in high-volume, customer-facing environments. At Sonata Software Limited, I manage incident lifecycles with SLA compliance, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex customer issues.

I’ve supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments for global customers and Microsoft Partners, including managing Sev B/Sev C incidents and delivering timely customer communication throughout each incident. I’m now self-driving my transition into AWS Cloud Support through hands-on AWS projects—building a production-style VPC with public/private subnets, EC2 access via Bastion Host, and ALB/Target Groups—while continuing to strengthen my Linux support foundation.
