I am a SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functional consultant with 15+ years delivering global payroll, benefits and HRIS solutions across implementations, migrations and support engagements. I lead configuration, cutover and year-end activities for US and Canada payroll and manage benefits integrations and tax models.
I configure OM, PA, TM and Payroll in SAP ECC/S4 and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, using SAP IMG, PCRs, schemas, BDCs and LSMW for data loads. I have hands-on experience with BSI, TUBS, tax reporter, HRSP and Kronos integrations, and I write functional specifications and test scripts. I regularly coordinate onsite/offshore teams and use ServiceNow and Agile to resolve production incidents.
I focus on practical, audit-ready solutions that reduce payroll risk and streamline benefits enrollment while mentoring teams and training users to ensure business continuity. I seek roles where I can lead end-to-end HCM programs and drive continuous improvement.
