What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex SuccessFactors Employee Central transformations, data migration, and BIB replication engagements where I can shape strategy, manage teams, and partner closely with global clients.

At PwC, I lead SuccessFactors data migration and BIB replication for global and domestic digital transformation engagements. I architect migration strategies spanning extraction, sanitization, legacy-to-Employee Central mapping, transformation, loading, and cutover.

I've configured SAP Business Integration Builder from scratch for two enterprise accounts and supported three complex replication projects. I also build internal BIB integration and troubleshooting training modules.

Previously at Capgemini, I led end-to-end Employee Central data migration for more than 100,000 employees for a US client, from validation and error analysis through mock loads and go-live cutover. I also led SAP HCM BIB replication engagements across multiple countries, managing a team of four consultants.

Across Accenture and TCS, I've implemented SAP HCM, S/4HANA, Employee Central, and Qualtrics integrations; led country rollouts; supported premium customers; and delivered knowledge-transfer sessions to more than 30 global clients.
