I am a project leader and management consultant who is great at taking a problem, breaking it into parts that can be owned, getting people to agree on the shape of it, and then building the machinery that makes the work happen.
At Africa Foresight Group I lead client projects and serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO, a group-wide mandate spanning three operating entities: our talent marketplace, a business-scaling network, and our EdTech platform. Everything I move, I move by getting six function leads and a founder to agree and execute.
A concrete example of how I work. The firm ran on undocumented knowledge, with 59 processes listed somewhere and none of them owned. Rather than rewrite them, I ran a structured prioritisation vote across six function leads and the CEO to find where the pain actually was, authored the binding handbook for the first twelve, and drove named ownership from zero to 28 of the 59. In parallel I moved our quarterly planning off static decks into a live system of 12 project.
Earlier in 2026 I spent a quarter at PCX Pay, a B2B embedded finance company, building a commercial function that did not previously exist. I wrote the eleven-section proposal process so a new hire could run it without the founder, built a research standard that labels every claim as confirmed or inferred, designed and ran a primary intelligence programme interviewing people who had worked inside competitor fintechs, and rebuilt the company’s go-to-market strategy from 68 pages to 20 by rewriting rather than trimming.
Before that, five years of consulting delivery. I directed 200 enumerators across Ghana, gathered over 1,000 survey responses, and built the go-to-market case behind an $8 million bank acquisition. My models and investor materials supported a $15 million neobank raise and a $10 million raise for West African expansion. I built the carbon model for a ₦20 billion infrastructure fund and the monitoring framework covering 26 listed companies against an 80,000 tonne target for the Nigerian Exchange’s net zero programme.
