I've led programmes, finance, governance, and operations across AIESEC in Jos, AIESEC in Nigeria, and AIESEC in Ghana, generating over ₦2M in annual revenue as Branch Director while leading a 60-member organisation.

At AIESEC in Jos, I designed and delivered Ignite JOS for 50+ participants and built its theory of change, partner mapping, role structures, documentation, and procedures for long-term repetition. I also maintained a 93–95% financial health score, generated ₦2.5M+ in annual revenue, and led finance governance, audits, risk management, and legal documentation.

Across national teams, I've managed a 100-member finance commission, created its first knowledge-transfer and succession model, and produced compliance and performance reporting that helped leaders act on operational data. As a strategy adviser, I conducted 13 stakeholder interviews and translated findings into 10+ prioritised recommendations for national leadership.

I'm comfortable bringing structure to distributed teams through clear reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, facilitation, and practical delivery systems. Most recently, I coordinated 21 speakers for a 100+ attendee TEDx Unijos conference, delivering smooth stage transitions and 100% on-time speaker arrivals.
