What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can handle international clients through chat and email, apply CRM and KYC knowledge, and grow my skills in a fast-paced, secure remote or on-site support environment.

At TTEC in Ahmedabad, I handled inbound chat and email support for international clients, focusing on prompt responses, minimal wait times, and high customer satisfaction.

I use Agent Desktop and internal CRM tools to document issues, track ticket lifecycles, and record resolutions accurately. I also conduct KYC verification securely while following data privacy and compliance protocols.

I work effectively in secure remote environments using Citrix Workspace and manage multiple chat sessions with a 50–60 WPM typing speed.

I'm fluent in English and Bengali, with conversational Hindi, and I'm currently pursuing an online Bachelor of Computer Applications.
