What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote Technical Support / IT Support or Systems Support where I can apply 15+ years of root-cause troubleshooting, safety-focused execution, and my Python/Java + networking skills to keep mission-critical systems running.

I bring 15+ years of experience troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and digital systems in high-pressure, mission-driven environments. I’m known for analyzing problems, identifying root causes, interpreting technical documentation, and implementing solutions while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Across my maintenance and quality assurance experience, I’ve supported critical equipment readiness, led and supervised maintenance activities, and trained and mentored personnel on troubleshooting procedures and safe work practices. I also manage acceptance, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with technical manuals, maintenance standards, and customer requirements.

Now, I’m expanding into computer science and software-focused technical work while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I’ve built hands-on projects with Python and Java, developed Linux-based work in Ubuntu environments, and applied networking concepts through client-server socket programming and virtualized lab testing.

I’m particularly interested in roles that blend strong technical support with systems thinking—where I can translate findings into actionable fixes, perform structured problem solving across hardware/software/networking, and help teams improve processes and reliability.
