What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine industrial troubleshooting with IT and cybersecurity growth—supporting reliable systems, minimizing downtime, and strengthening security through practical security and infrastructure knowledge.

I’ve spent 17 years in the Industrial Maintenance field between the Navy and civilian life, and I’m used to responding quickly to emergencies while keeping operations safe. In my current role, I control/build equipment, maintain systems, troubleshoot and manage BMS (building maintenance system), and assist IT system administrator with repairs and troubleshooting.

Along the way, I’ve also supported automation—setting up Keyence vision systems and Sensors, assisting in building new automation equipment, and using Omron PLC programming to minimize downtime. Now I’m pursuing an Associate’s degree in cyber security and working on a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Fundamentals, bringing an “ethical hacking” and infrastructure-security mindset to day-to-day problem solving.
