What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my operator mindset, judgment, organization, and communication capability in an Executive Partner role.

At Diamond Trust Bank Kenya, I reviewed approximately 159–200 digital cases and records daily, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and turnaround-time requirements.

I coordinated with Operations, Compliance, Branches, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve account issues, documentation gaps, and exceptions. My work included KYC, AML, and Customer Due Diligence reviews, with careful handling of confidential information.

I participated in 2–3 operational improvement projects annually, including DCAM Review, physical-file review, and CRS alignment activities. I also proposed an ICAST AI-based document detection concept to explore reducing manual review effort.

I supported audit activities and customer enquiries, and trained Graduate Management Trainees on operational procedures and controls. I’m seeking to apply this operator mindset, judgment, organization, and communication capability in an Executive Partner role.
