What I'm looking for

Currently looking for remote jobs. I'm open for temporary opportunities, but I would prefer a permanent position on a company or environment where I can grow professionally and personally.

I'm 31 years old and I work as a Technical Support Specialist for a Telecom company.

I started working as a Computer Technician mostly as a free lancer, but also for small businesses.

In 2021 I started an internship at the company I'm currently at, and was offered a Junior position as Tech Support Specialist in less than 3 months. Diagnosing and solving problems is part of my daily routine. I mostly assist clients and users in need, but I also work closely with the development team giving feedback, testing and diagnosing possible issues in their products.

I graduated in Computer Science in 2022.
