I lead enterprise IT delivery at AIA Central Indonesia, modernizing the New Business platform through VLIFE, SAG BPMS, and TSS Contania while retiring legacy systems and strengthening security compliance.
Previously, I managed cross-domain software, data center, infrastructure, and Oracle migration initiatives at PT XL Axiata, including network modernization, real-time balance transfer enhancements, and API-based synchronization across Salesforce, SAP, and EasyOps. I’ve also delivered HubSpot CRM projects for My First Skool, Little Skool House, and XPF through Onyx Island.
I combine hands-on technical knowledge in web development, cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
