I’m a versatile ICT professional with over two years of experience across technical support, web development, graphic design, content writing, digital marketing, and sales. I enjoy combining creative thinking with analytical problem-solving to deliver measurable results.

In my ICT Support role, I reduced average hardware fault resolution time by implementing structured troubleshooting and tracking, delivered 1st and 2nd line support (user accounts, network connectivity, hardware repair, and software installation), and maintained zero critical data loss incidents through structured backup and monitoring. I also digitised documentation workflows using AI tools to cut down manual reporting time.
