Built and scaled Simmons University’s online degree completion recruitment strategy, driving program growth from inception. Developed virtual events and outreach campaigns and used enrollment/engagement data to optimize communications and programming.

Represented Simmons University at high schools and college fairs, planning recruitment travel to attract prospective students. Conducted holistic review of up to 25 first-year, transfer, and online applications daily and advised prospective students on admission requirements and academic programs.

Sourced, screened, and managed full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including functional analysts, program managers, and data architects. Improved candidate engagement through proactive outreach, pipeline management, and interview preparation and resume coaching.

Designed and implemented inclusive, differentiated lesson plans aligned to state standards for students with diverse linguistic, socio-economic, and neurological backgrounds. Used trauma-informed practices and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to support equity and accessibility, and collaborated to set and monitor individualized learning goals.

Supported lead teachers across multiple grade levels by delivering individualized and small-group instruction to reinforce learning objectives and classroom routines. Adapted instructional materials for diverse academic and behavioral needs, including students with IEPs and English language learners.

Supported students ages 18–22 in developing functional life skills, vocational training, and community-based instruction aligned with IEPs. Partnered with special educators, therapists, and job coaches to implement individualized behavioral and instructional strategies that promoted independence and self-advocacy.

Taught conversational English to students in grades 1–8, adapting instruction across language proficiency levels and developmental stages. Created culturally responsive learning materials and used games, storytelling, and real-life communication practice to build student confidence and fluency.
