What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead data-driven enrollment and outreach strategies—especially for online and adult learners—building recruitment campaigns, virtual events, and partnerships that measurably increase applications and enrollment.

I’m an Assistant Director of Admission for Online Degree Completion at Simmons University, where I built and scaled my university’s online recruitment strategy from inception, increasing program growth through virtual events, outreach initiatives, and recruitment campaigns. I use enrollment and engagement data to improve travel, communications, and event programming, while partnering with faculty and campus stakeholders to support enrollment objectives.

Before this role, I served as an Undergraduate Admission Counselor, representing the university at high schools and college fairs, facilitating on-campus and virtual information sessions, and conducting holistic review of up to 25 first-year, transfer, and online applications daily. Earlier experience across recruitment, teaching, and student support shaped my inclusive, culturally responsive approach—strengthening how I advise prospective students and build strong candidate and student pipelines.
