I am an HR Manager with over 8 years of experience in balancing high-volume HR inquiries for an 800+ member staff in agile work environments. My expertise lies in employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and policy creation. I have successfully led talent acquisition initiatives, managing the full recruitment life cycle and excelling in both executive searches and bulk recruiting.

In my recent role as Talent Scouting Manager at The Antler Foundation, I developed and implemented innovative scouting strategies to identify high-potential founders across Africa.
