At my current role I lead a customer success team, conducting onboarding for large volumes of new customers and monitoring usage to identify upsell opportunities that boost satisfaction and revenue.

I combine strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with practical experience in tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, Zoho, and Google Suite to drive customer-centric programs and operational improvements.
