At JHT, I support organizational change and evolving operational processes through change communications, stakeholder engagement, implementation coordination, and adoption resources.

I partner with leaders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify objectives, assess audience needs, and translate complex operational information into actionable communications. I develop communication strategies, leadership messaging, presentations, newsletters, reports, and standardized workflows that improve consistency and scalability.

Previously at Christian Care Ministry, I developed employee and leadership communications, training materials, FAQs, digital content, and resources for diverse audiences. I used engagement metrics and employee feedback to identify information gaps and strengthen communication approaches across organizational initiatives.

I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, researching organizational communication, leadership, employee experience, and psychological safety.
