I am an organized, detail-oriented banking professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Personal Finance from the University of Alabama. I balanced full-time work while completing my degree online since January 2022, demonstrating strong time management and commitment.

In my current role as a Credit Representative I at NRG Energy, I perform detailed research to evaluate potential fraud, determine credit balance refunds, and maintain thorough case documentation. I have developed critical thinking, computer competence, and analytical skills while ensuring customer follow-up and procedural compliance.

Previously, as a Universal Banker at KeyBank, I guided clients through financial wellness reviews, supported sales and service activities, processed financial transactions, and assisted with loan application and closing procedures. I have experience maintaining regulatory compliance, expanding customer relationships through cross-sale of products, and providing backup support as an Assistant Banking Center Manager when needed.

I bring three full years of customer service experience and one year of banking experience, MLO & NMLS licensing knowledge, strong Microsoft Suite ability, and a collaborative, coachable approach.
