At Eli Lilly and Company, I developed and maintained ServiceNow custom applications and ITSM catalogue items, and built AI agents to automate operational tasks. I also built integrations between ServiceNow and SuccessFactors to synchronize HR and operational data.
Previously, I supported the US Commercial Dynamic Targeting pipeline at Eli Lilly and Company and analyzed Salesforce effectiveness by territory. At Hexaware, I implemented regression and classification models using Azure ML Studio; in my Menu Engineering project, I analyzed restaurant sales data and developed pricing and menu-placement recommendations.
