I applied Intelligence-Gated Crawling research to a vertical SaaS platform for a corporate gifting company. I developed an intelligent lead-generation workflow to discover, filter, and prioritize relevant business prospects.
I also built an Agentic RAG System, an enterprise knowledge retrieval platform for contextual search and information discovery. Its backend services use FastAPI and cloud-native architecture.
As a ServiceNow Intern at SmartBridge, I configured Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows and developed catalog items, scripts, and business rules. I also created Flow Designer automations, Performance Analytics reports, and Automated Test Framework test cases.
As an AI & Data Analytics Intern with AICTE, Shell India Markets & Edunet Foundation, I analyzed farming and soil-health datasets. I cleaned data, performed exploratory and statistical analysis, and applied machine learning algorithms to assess soil health.
